Per the ASC Z136 Procedures (7.7.1), the "formation or change of a subgroup (e.g., subcommittee), including its existence, scope, duties, or strucutre" requires approval by a Majority Vote of the full-Committee.
The electronic ballot to approve changes to the title and scope of TSC-4 opens 16 August 2019 at 9:00 am Eastern Time and closes 16 September 2019 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time . An email was sent to the full-Committee just prior. If you tried to access the ballot before it opened it would not have appeared on your dashboard, so it should now be available.
Please note we are no longer using PDF submission for the electronic ballot. Voting members of ASC Z136 will have received an email with instructions for viewing the proposal online and instructions for submitting your ballot and comment form. The proposed changes to the title and scope of TSC-4 are also available for download on the ASC Z136 General webpage under "Committee Documents", visible only to ASC members.
To ensure you have successfully submitted your ballot, download a copy of your ballot receipt, available on https://eballot.io/Z136 during the ballot period. The receipt shows your confirmation ID, a time stamp of your submission, and your ballot responses. If you are unable to find this receipt after you have submitted your ballot, please check-in with Liliana Caldero (lcaldero@lia.org) to ensure your ballot was received. Please aim to submit early so that if you run into any issues there will be sufficient time to address those issues before the ballot closes.
