The Z136.8 CDV1 ballot was sent out to the CBBG on 25 July 2019. Please note we are no longer using PDF submission for the electronic ballot; we are now using the online application eBallot. All members of this CBBG should have received an email via eBallot this morning to participate in the ballot. The ballot will be open for four weeks.
The email you received will have instructions for downloading the CDV1 and comment form, and instructions for submitting your ballot and comment form. When you submit your ballot, please be sure to retain a copy of your ballot receipt for your records. The receipt shows your confirmation ID, a time stamp of your submission, and your ballot responses. Please aim to submit early so that if you run into any issues there will be sufficient time to address those issues before the ballot closes.
