Draft Standard
Primary tabs
A draft standard is a working-copy that has not yet received approval through the full consensus process. The title of the file itself should reflect the specific stage in the process that it is in, such as Subcommittee Draft (SCD1, SCD2, etc.), Subcommittee Draft for Vote (SCDV1, SCDV2, etc.), Committee Draft for Vote (CDV1, CDV2, etc.).
NOTE 1 - "SCD" denotes a draft that is in the early developmental stages and is not yet being balloted.
NOTE 2 - "SCDV1" is the draft version that will be reviewed by the members of the subcommittee that joined the balloting group. SCDV1 is reviewed at the initial ballot. SCDV2 is reviewed during a recirculation ballot. Once approved at subcommittee level, the draft must move on to review by EWG, and subsequently the Z136 Committee.
NOTE 3 - "CDV1" is the draft version that will has been reviewed by EWG and will be reviewed by the members of the Z136 Committee that joined the balloting group. CDV1 is reviewed at the initial ballot. CDV2 is reviewed during a recirculation ballot.
