Agenda

A meeting agenda outlines the topics that will be covered in a meeting. The initial agenda will be a 'draft' agenda and the final agenda will be an 'approved' agenda, typically approved at the start of the meeting by a motion. The title of the file itself should detail the date of the agenda, the subcommittee number, the date of the meeting, and whether it is a draft or approved agenda. Example: "SSC-2 Meeting Agenda 31Oct2020, Draft.pdf".
